In order to begin your Remote Control Session please click here to load the Remote Control agent.
After installing the agent you will be prompted to enter the LANDesk Management Gateway which is remote.minolta.ca and your name and e-mail address and then click on the "Ok" Button to begin your remote support session.
Your User Name and Email address will be seen by the support technician in the remote support queue in order to identify your machine. When your session is completed you should be automatically disconnected and the software will uninstall, if you are not then double-click on the system tray icon and select "Uninstall Now".
